I'm watching this right now. Jack had Mr. Furley get him a new pot for the bistro. At the same time, a health inspector is going to close the place unless Jack pays him $100. They got him on tape so the cops will hear it. They also hear Mr. F on tape saying he was going to get that "pot" for him.
