I doubt it to be honest. Woody Allen is still doing fine, Polanski too, Casey Affleck just won an Oscar... Hollywood is known for rewarding abusers so I don't see how someone as big as Kevin could take a fall from this (especially considering he didn't "go ahead" with the abuse, it was an attempt). And how very Frank Underwood of him to use something else (coming out as gay) to distract people from the actual issue (the allegation). Sure it was an open secret but still.
