I would be pleased with close to 100 as well. I think I've gotten over 100 before. But pretty sure that involved the use of bumpers.
And yeah, I'm pretty lucky with my team. Yesterday we had a team meeting and my manager addressed what had happened. He didn't go into specifics but let our team know that if a client ever threatens violence or becomes obscene he gives permission to hang up. He would prefer if the call be given to him to handle - but hanging up is always an option. A guy on the team asked if there had been an incident. My manager responded that yes there had but left it at that. I really appreciated his discretion.
