I'm honestly not familiar with hay fever. But from what I got from google hay fever happens when you are allergic to pollen, tree seeds, etc.
You have sinus cavities in your face and nose. When they get inflamed, usually due to allegies and weather they make you congested and the fluids that usually would drain ends up draining down your throat.
Decided to go to the doctor today because yesterday I felt completely worse. Plus I ended up throwing up most of the night last night. Def a bad sinus infection. I got some antibiotics and decongestion pills and pills for nausea.
