Make the decision about what? If you're referring to which option to do on adoption or being a legal guardian, she doesn't choose it.
CPS/The Court chooses which. My mom wants the perks for legal guardian (which I kind of want it too because it'd be wonderful if Isabel had a scholarship when she's older). So we're hoping my mom gets that one. But I'll have to ask when she thinks we'll get the decision on that.
