Sansa made a comment this episode about how they weren't supposed to sit and wait for Jon, like Ghost. So he's there at Winterfell but I guess they don't want to waste the $ on him when theres no purpose. And they've had to be spending that money on the dragons and such this season..
But I do want to see him soon.

Jon was clearly jealous and trying to sus out Danys relationship with Jorah. But Jorah was IMO picking up that there was something between Daenerys and Jon.
And Daenerys was sad about him leaving, and going on this dangerous mission.
