Louis was definitely MVP tonight. He was completely professional and represented Paula well. And was discreet with Donna. I go back and forth with Louis. I can love and hate him. Tonight- he was great. And he seems to be growing. Well done. Louis has to love that of all the lawyers Harvey knows, he picked Louis to help him with something personally important to him. That's pretty cool.

I found Donna to be fairly obnoxious and overly nosey and pushy most of the episode. While Harvey and Louis certainly have their fair share of fights, they also have a history of working with each other. Her constant questioning of them was rather grating. They can be in a room together alone without her cross examining them. I suppose the idea was to drive home that Harvey's seeing someone and she doesn't know, but it's not really her business anyway. Donna's never been one to run and tell Harvey when she's seeing anyone. Neither one of them are that personally open. Her reaction should be interesting, but it's not like a betrayal that she doesn't know.

She may have been right about Holly's (?) loyalty issues and did show herself to be capable of re thinking her position, I'll give Donna that, but I can't say I'm really enjoying watching Donna as COO yet. She hasn't found a way to express herself in a way that doesn't seem annoying- to me anyway, I did like her last scene with Harvey though. That was nice. So....Harvey turned down drinks with Donna. I do miss seeing Harvey and Donna chat. And it being fun. So that little scene was nice. And Harvey took pretty well that Holly was clearly turned off by her conversation with Donna.

I can barely tolerate watching Mike right now. He's in total Siberia. He doesn't interact with anyone. He's lying to Harvey of all people. And he doesn't seem to really care that he is. And I'm bored watching him in scene after scene with Oliver. I don't have any interest in their relationship at all. It's really not interesting to watch imo. And I don't care enough about this case for all the time devoted to it either. I wouldn't mind seeing Harvey fire Mike either for a few days. Mike isn't there when he needs him. And he's lying about why he isn't there. I'd like to see Mike have to work to make it up to Harvey. And platitudes about how important the case is isn't good enough. He's jeopardizing a lot more than than just his professional career on this. Rachel is awesome though. Real world- she can do way better than Mike. Mike's word should mean something. Now, it's meaningless. Mike can talk all day long about the case being important- but your word is so much bigger than a case. Nathan's lack of gratitude towards Harvey is pretty stunning.

Honestly- if we're leading up to Mike doing just full time pro bono, rather than pretending to split his time with PSL, because he really can't do both, I'll probably FF it. It doesn't work for me. Mike may as well be on a different show.

I feel like what we're seeing with Paula is she's as human and insecure as the next person, that's what they seem to be hammering home. First, we see she's afraid of getting hurt. Now we see she didn't tell Harvey about her ex because she was afraid he'd think less of her. As she said, therapists don't know everything. I do find her and Harvey to be sweet together. I like seeing his kinder, more tender side. It's nice. But, yeah, he should be cautious. I like seeing him with someone where the relationship isn't so combative all the time. I liked Scottie, but it was just one fight after another. All the time.
