When Brian pours the water over him, trying to seduce Justin, his hair is wet. In the next shot his hair is dry, then wet again etc.
Here is the video, you can see the clear difference between dry and wet hair by looking at his forehead.
So first its wet after he pours the water, then at cca 1:37 its dry, then from 1:48 wet again, then 1:50 dry again, then when Justin approaches him at 2:06 wet again
