It's probably insane just how many times we've seen Sarah surviving in the wilderness/ surviving in Castor camp/just plain surviving however and whatever it takes (I can't help but admire her use of a tampon!!!), but we're stuck with a show that doesn't give enough time for Helena to go from getting preggers to being just about ready to pop over the course of four seasons, so go figure.
The Kira dreams/connection were distinctly "other-worldly," (in the sense that they were reassuring? to the audience that she's a survivor?) but they didn't seem to go so far into science fiction (please consider
Star Wars and "The Force" if you don't think that sci-fi should go into psi-fi, lol) for me to have felt like Sarah didn't deserve to roll around in the dirt and "get all better" within a few days, lol.
