Sometimes, the CIA thought spying on the zoo wasn't worth it and they decided to change their target to the local pizzeria. Joey's had been picked because it provided the best cover for handlers when they contacted them. Consequently, agents started to use it for clandestine parties and nightly drinking with Weiss.
