I totally agree. i liked the P!Derek plot a lot in 402/403/404, if found it interesting. 405 it was pretty dramatic at times but some of I felt was well done and I was glad they tackled parts of it. Bringing him back in 416 was just DUMB. I like that they got closure on the situation and explained things but I dont think another cheesey episode dedicated to an attack was needed lol.
