Sometimes breakups make things better... sometime worst depending on the pairing but sometimes better.
For Philly they were never really together but broke off their affair and now are together without the affair after almost getting brushed aside and forgotten by the new showrunners... so now they need another break up and have a better 3rd is charmed break up.
Well you aren't bothered by a Victoria right now are you?
