They already filmed tons of interiors in NYC, they're just moving that to LA, I assume. Just because he's starting in Montauk doesn't mean he won't be in LA in October. We shouldn't get negative until we have to.
They've structured the filming to accommodate the other actors' schedules, there's no reason to start worrying that's not what they're doing now.
