I think that was probably the episode with the most intense fight between Sara and Rip, because this one really hit home for her (pun intended!) and is personal. Rip, at this point, is still mostly concerned about his own agenda, but it's another lesson for him about listening and caring for his team.
I'm glad Stein and Jax were willing to follow/help Sara. Nice to see that friendship between Sara and Firestorm grow even more in Season 2, since Stein called Sara the beating heart of the team and gave her the leadership, and Jax became her second-in-command.
