Yes it is.
I loved Sara calling Rip out on how hypocritical he was being.
It's okay for Rip to save his family from a future none of the other legends will EVER see in 2166 but it's not okay for Sara to do the same in 2046 because of how much it can mess up things. Makes no sense...
