I think Brandon did like Kelly but he was too careful for his own good. It is a shame he didn't consider Kelly during the summer break, it would have been nice. Brandon was seriously wasted in S3 which is why I make a statement with him and Kelly getting together if they weren't going to pursue with Brandon-Andrea
