Really, what was Brandon thinking that summer?! If he considered Kelly superficial before, she made a progress by that time. He obviously did not care that much about Steve's feelings any more either, given that he competed with him over Brooke (and twins?) and pretty much screwed him over. Goddammit, Brandon.
Kelly was ripe and ready to have a steady relationship with a decent guy. It could have been Jake had he wanted her. Or Brandon.
