I don't know if she really ship Raj/Stuart or she just said that to not have to say something about Amy and Sheldon.
I like that they made Raj a strait guy who is not afraid to show his sentiments and likes things that are usually labeled as 'girl things'. Maybe sometimes it's a little too much, but that's the point, you can be a guy and be like that.
