Sam will be in an upcoming issue of Men's Health South Africa. Some behind the scenes pics and a few shots were posted on social media today, as well as some videos:

Some of the shoot was done in the gym in South Africa where Sam's been working out while filming season 3. The people who run it has some really nice things to say about him, when they shared a picture from it on instagram
