I don't know when the show wrapped or if it has. In relation to her giving birth. But I then I am sure the show did plenty of taping and moving things around, but the question is did they get enough of Jo.. They knew when she was due, so I am sure they was able to deal with it.
There should be several episodes left to air. I think this week's episode is #22. Usually there is around 24 or so episodes...
