Slightly disappointed in the Matherine goodbye scene, but other than that it was amazing.

There is firstly the big "shock" of the episode which I will hold off talking about until everyone sees it, but wow.

Rizzio is is as gay as a picnic basket and I love it. He is enamored by Catherine so I automatically love him. His exchange with Catherine is perf.

Catherine completely made Lady Lennox speechless and tripping over her words and it was perfect. No one out does the master.

Catherine was utterly adorable playing in those strings.

Drunk Darnley is hilarious.

Catherine embroidered something herself to give to Mary...if that is not the cutest most motherly thing ever. I can't handle it.

Mary completely let Catherine take care of the dirty details and didn't even question anything. Total trust and admiration.

Now that is how Catherine should be shown all the time. In Scottish court she was feared when she should be, respected as she should be and treated as the amazing person she is. She was truly in her element because she was let free to do what she does best without having to work behind a curtain.
