Every day is still filled with baby steps, of course, but the older I get the more it becomes clear that a positive mind-set is a choice. There are the obvious things one can do, like supporting charities and good causes, but I am constantly trying to discover everyday ways of seeing the good in people and encouraging others to do the same."
