Yes she can. She used to (well they're probably still up..?) have videos on youtube or something. When I saw that, I started liking the idea of her singing with Archie. And then a bit later there was the spoilers where it started seeming likely, and I was hopeful.
Plus, The Archies.
Them singing together makes complete sense to me. Especially when Archie and Veronica are already doing a duet too.
