They definitely suffered a lot.
I know from the promo that Hayley will be looking/thinking of Elijah, but I wonder if he knows how much time has passed and if he'll mention her as well.
It would be interesting if the family are unaware of just how much time has passed since they were put into a coma. Like they wake up thinking it's only been a few days, but it's been 5 years.
