They keep saying Dean is getting pulled in by Ketch but I don't see it. You can see Dean sort of identifies with what Ketch is saying but seems appalled that Ketch would hit the vampgirl like he did. Dean isn't violent to be violent, yes he kills. But he kills monsters who have killed. He doesn't hunt down a forest of solders and kill them for no reason. He doesn't torture monsters for something to do. Dean and Ketch is as different as night and day.

I know some of it is because Jensen needed time off, and I dread the finale knowing Jared will need time off...but just because we don't get as many scenes shouldn't mean the scenes we do get are OOC. We can still have connected epic brother scenes, but the writers are just taking the easy way out.
