For me, it's not love, it's interest on each other, they might be sleeping buddies in the end though. Meredith needs someone to lay off all of the tension but I don't see a permanent relationship...They remind me of the hook up you see in movies lol!
Plus, Maggie has still her eyes on him and I don't see Meredith doing this to her sister.
