It was a messy episode all around. They didn't really do any character but Thea well. And most of them didn't really get an opinion, including Diggle who is a soldier and black man. Because it was just a messy episode they shouldn't have been doing. I get wanting to hear her opinion but it wasn't an intentional slight against Felicity. It was a standalone mess of an episode. But it also kind of made sense with her current state of mind, she wouldn't want to talk about her trauma. Anyway I don't have the energy to be all pissed off about it, lol. I'm more interested in her new storyline. It's going to be amazing to see Oliver and Diggle help her find her light again and see her heal and really live again. I can't wait.
