I don't know if it was implied to say that Kimmy was an only child, but:
K: "I'm glad my parents stopped after getting me."
Steph: "I wonder why."
Something like that - okay sounds more like she was the last one if I think about it.

In the pilot DJ talks about Kimmys 3 sisters. But they were never mentoined again.
She talks about her brother Garth twice.
But thats it - i think.
But it's fun to have more "Crazy-gibblers" in the world of Full/er House.
