Found the scene on Youtube. It's when Jax comes in and talk to Sara, Jax tells Sara that the Rip book is about them. Jax = Max, Sara = Sandra.
It starts at :40. I easily remembered that scene.
Phil talked about the hero of his story being "Sandra" and that's when Jefferson said the screenplay is about them.

1. Well I gotta give the full story, she originally was suppose to appear in only 4 episodes. The character became popular and then it got pushed to 8 and then originally 13.
