And that shows a) how much he trusts Kitty's POV and b) he found enough validity in Kitty's assessment (i.e. that Hyde has feelings for Jackie) to do the experiment and find out if it was true.
I really wonder what thought went through his head after Kitty said, "Pow!" and he walked out of the kitchen to the driveway.
Colleen, imagine if Kitty had told Hyde how lucky he is that Jackie adores him and that he shouldn't let that go:
