I do believe Jen would stay another year or two in the show. But I do not think she wants a longer contract to be tied down under that's what I think and totally understand. She is a talented woman and has this creativity talent and passion in her that wants to do more in her career and spread her wings. But for me OUAT is about Emma Swan as the protagonist and so on.

I believe Radamas person was being patronizing lol, as in mocking the so called ignorant people who say this and then proceed to ignore what Jen says on the whole, and we all she know enjoys her character and loves her love story just by her words and how she comes across whilst talking about it.
