Like you said...typical...as usual, your mom is hoping and praying you will "wake up and embrace the religion "of your youth"...her belief system...you can't blame her for trying to get you to "return".
It is hard for religious parents who feel differently about their children's sexuality questions and different belief systems.
Even harder for some parents when the kids are adults!!!
