I wouldn't get my hopes up for that. I'm tied on the whole friendship Lucaya and romance Lucaya. I see it going either way. But I have a feeling that TPTB are going to keep it Rucas.

It could have been that they put the scene in that they did because the kiss was way to intense for a kids show. I mean, from the way he was looking at her it looked like it was going to be passionate if he had kissed her.
