LOL here we go again with all the speculation from Daily Mail et al.
Josh looks gorgeous here, so whether in love (or lust) or just being happy and chilled, it's doing him the world of good. Doesn't it look like there are more people with them? That other dog in the photo seems to be part of their gang!
