I always get complaints about other workers when I'm on the register. They will stand there and tell me how rude someone else was to them on the floor....like what am I supposed to do about it? Does my name badge say manager?
Then they ask for discounts on items that are on clearance and it's our policy not to discount on clearance items, even if they are damaged...the register actually won't do it. Then they will tell me that "The did it at the other store" And I'm just like that's not even possible because the register is incapable of doing that.
