I think the reason that my body never hurts after I do situps is because I do a combo of different situps to lead to the 200 that I do every night.
First I start off doing the regular one with my hands behind my head.
Then I do the Britney spears version where I interlock both legs and raise them to the ceiling doing sets as I go to the right and then the left.
Then I put both legs down on the ground put one ankle ontop of the other knee and then do a set of situps like that. Then I go the other way.
Then as Im finishing off my sits up, I sit up slightly and work my legs like im running that way i feel more pressure in the abdomen.
