It was nice, but that was the only good thing he said about her on the episode
To be honest the flashbacks were disappointing. Actually, they didn't match very well with the plot of S2. I think the only one who really suffered her death was Quentin when we know Oliver should have reacted differently. Especially if we compare this with Tommy's death.
