Of course if they both remember what happened they'll realise just how close they once were and finally reconcile. Or Zelena will still be conflicted and have a change of heart at the last minute and help them defeat Hades. Or maybe just when she decides to do the right thing Pan and Gold kidnap her.

Zelena is being written, lately, as someone yearning to be loved. If Regina loved her as a friend when they were kids and chose to be with her instead of her family and they both remember that there's no way Zelena won't be touched by that.
I that happened in season 3, it wouldn't make any difference but the way Zelena has been written it seems pretty obvious that's where they are going.
