I'm so torn on the Cordy/Anya thing. I could definitely see them getting along and becoming friends, but on the other hand, I could just as easily see them hating each other, one of those "they're so alike that they can't stand each other" things, which is like Buffy and Cordy were. They do have differences though. For example, I could not see Cordy talking about sex so openly like Anya does.
