Mouse wants Jay to open up a bit, but Jay has built a wall and doesn't want go there. Probably because if he goes there, he will break down like we've already seen with his crying scenes.
Still though I love their friendship and the scenes they have. I actually liked Mouse like from Season 1 when he was introduced. So I was quite happy that they decided to make him more like permanent addition to the team.
