Kirk found a raccoon hiding behind the gazebo when suddenly it danced toward Doose's Market. Taylor organized a cookout for the DAR which was mysteriously set in Woodbury. Lorelai and Luke gave some nuts for the raccoon to hide. Suddenly a gust of wind blew Rory's hair over and out. Jess arrived late but then he decided he'd stay. Babette yelled across the lake to give Ms. Patty instructions for building a snowman. Soon, the other townies walked to the gazebo where the auction was starting. The townies listened carefully as Taylor told the crowd new rules which caused everyone to groan. Lorelai interrupted the ballet because she wanted to participate. After the dancers paused and discussed their position because they wanted everyone to change into tutus. Gypsy went to look for Andrew over by the supermarket and threw her purse down. She looked like she had a bearclaw on her head. The light reflected poorly off the lake because the moon hid the giant tree. Logan dove under the gazebo with Sookie to hide from Taylor. They wanted Rory to read to the children. Lorelai went upstairs after getting her hat that was stuck in the mud. The rain fell quietly on the roof. After standing at the counter for five minutes, Lorelai asked Luke to make pancakes. He said "Sure!", but he made waffles with whipped cream instead.
