I was so sad during my rewatch though because it seems that they've been apart for the most part of the show. They get together the first time, that kiss, the way Bay was so caught off guard by him initiating the first kiss the way it confused her so much only to ramble to Emmett about how he "ruined" her plans to pine over Ty and listen to Adele, and what does he do? Kisses her again And ugh, the moment they are happy and in complete bliss something goes wrong it's understandable that it's a high school relationship but goodness let them be, they have been through enough. I do love obstacles don't get me wrong because I may have hated that Emmett hooked up with Simone but that scene where Bay comes back from her summer vacation and sees their wall timeline for the first time was a breathtaking scene oh the angst!
