I am so sorry, Lindsay.
I think that's a good reason to ship them. They do have that common ground, and I think Harry was able to understand Luna's "looniness" and ability to see things that weren't there because he experienced that same ability himself.
Unlike Luna, who didn't mind, Harry
did mind.
