Sara also doesn't have issues killing people if she thinks they deserve it. Thea does have issues taking lives even when they are bad guys.
Sara did kill at least 3 of Vandal's men at the bank. One she stabbed in the neck, it looked like she threw her knife in the heart of the woman holding the gun and sliced another's stomach with a sword. By that time her bloodlust was sated and more manageable.
