Your dad sounds a lot like my dad, Mascha! My dad was in one of those psychedelic hippie bands in the 70's actually, they made a couple LPs that are apparently seen as cult classics now, it's hilarious to me but I'm also pretty proud
Mehh I had a weird experience at physical therapy today, he made me do some breathing exercises and suddenly I got the worst sharp pain in my lower abdomen, I got super dizzy and jittery and had a hot flash or something and I couldn't really talk, it was really weird
they made me lie down for a bit and after a couple minutes it started to get a little bit better, but I still feel it a bit if I breathe in too deep now, so I'll definitely be taking it easy for the rest of the day!
