Routines are wonderful
. My anxiety does not do well with any changes, even expected ones though so I
really like routine and structure. Did you have a good weekend? I am sure that helped you feel better, it can be good to spend time with friends and relax.
I am anxious
. I am not looking forward to travelling on public transport for seven - eight hours or spending time with my sister but both are better than the alternative as my anxiety would be a lot worse if I was alone for almost four days.
