At this point two threads would be too much and confusing, so I say no unless they become romantically involved officially and some people just want to appreciate the non-romantic dynamic. What we can do is add romantic stuff (like the arts) under spoiler tags for now, so that people who aren't romantic shippers don't have to look at it.
