Regarding Frary, I always blamed Catherine for Season 1. I blamed Narcisse, Antoine and He Who Shall Remain Nameless for Season 2 more than Mary. I truly thought that Catherine was frightening in Season 1 and most of Season 2. (No matter what, it has been a joy to watch Megan.) But for me, the big surprise is that I like Catherine so much. I am totally rooting for Catherine now.

I think that was kind of the idea though. Catherine starts out as the big bad of the show and you slowly start to realize she was never really all that bad when other 'bad' characters are introduced, each worse than the last. Then you're like wow she's actually the good guy. However, she is still terrifying
