Rachel, Toby has never been very active on social media. After that small period of time when he was on snapchat, etc., he decided that it was too distracting and didn't want to be attached to his phone all of the time. At least that's what he said in the Q & A video that he posted. I can respect that. Even if I miss hearing from him on a regular basis.
