It sounds like she's up for more
X-Men, though she might not sign another multi-picture deal. We'll still just have to wait and see on that front.

I don't see this as a rejection of
The Hunger Games, but rather as an acknowledgment and understanding on her part, that that was a finite story and it has been told to completion. She might like the idea of continuing to make movies with all those people, but not to the detriment of the series.
X-Men on the other hand, is not so finite. It can continue for as long as they can dream up new stories. It's much more open-ended in effect.
It's illustrative of the fact that while Jennifer might be led be her heart, she is still pragmatic enough to know when to let her head take over.
X-Men will be decided by her heart,
Hunger Games (assuming there are attempts to extend Katniss's story) by her head.
